Katainen in Paris for eurozone talks

Eurozone stability tops the agenda as French President François Hollande and Finnish Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen meet on Tuesday.

During Katainen’s one-day visit to France, the two will also discuss development of the European Economic and Monetary Union as well as other current economic issues. These include how to develop the EU’s internal markets.

Meanwhile Minister of Foreign Trade Alexander Stubb is leading a large business delegation to Kazakhstan, one of Central Asia’s most rapidly-growing economies. Finnish exports to the country include mining equipment and other engineering products.
