Finland's Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja will be in the Ukrainian capital on Wednesday and Thursday where he will meet with officials including interim President Oleksandr Turchynov.
In addition to interim Turchynov, Foreign Minister Tuomioja and his Norwegian counterpart Børge Brende are to have meetings with government members and representatives of the opposition. Talks are to focus on the current crisis and the situation in the Crimean peninsula.
Originally, the Norwegian foreign minister was scheduled to spend the two days on a visit to Finland.
The last sighting of the 18-year-old was in Helsinki's Kruunuvuorenranta district in early May.
