A car chase between police and a fleeing driver took place in Helsinki's Malmi district on Saturday afternoon.
The chase began around 3pm when the driver fled from the police in Tapanila towards Malmi after they received a signal to pullover from police.
The driver fled from the police and drove off the road at the junction of Tullivuorentie and Tullivuorenkuja.
A police car also collided with a separate nearby car, which was damaged during the chase.
The fleeing driver is suspected, among other things, of aggravated endangerment of traffic safety and drink driving.
According to current information, no one was injured in the incident.
