The prices of older housing association properties fell by 2.4 percentage points nationwide in October, year-on-year, according to new figures from Statistics Finland.
However, prices remained stable relative to September, it said.
Compared to last year, property prices declined across all major cities. The steepest drops were seen in Espoo, with a decrease of 6.6 percent, and in Vantaa, where prices fell by 6.4 percent.
Statistics Finland also reported that apartment prices fell by approximately three percent nationwide.
October saw a slight increase in the number of transactions for older apartments and terraced houses sold through estate agents.
The number-crunching agency recently reported there were signs suggesting that housing market conditions were on the mend.
