    Bruce Irving (#305) are dropping hard objects on the ceiling above my u it at 5:54a.m. This is like close to my 30th complaint about the noise ordinance and Animal Control needs to remove the dogs because he is completely not abiding by the city noise ordinance at all. He animals are waking me out of my sleep Startling me continuously daily. If Animal Control has handled it why is thos continuing to happen?
